As part of the Community Housing Service, to provide front line housing support, advice and assistance to vulnerable tenants to assist them in maintaining their tenancy and to promote peaceful and sustainable communities in East Lothian, in accordance with Council policies and procedures and Care Inspectorate National Care standards. Educated to HNC/SVQ3 in Housing, Social Care or equivalent and/or be able to demonstrate skills and competencies gained through previous experience.
