We’re hiring a Store Manager for our Spitalfields boutique, someone who takes ownership, leads from the shop floor and is motivated by hitting targets.
This is a hands‑on, performance‑focused role. You’ll be responsible for driving results and developing your team.
THE ROLE
You will own your store.
From sales and KPIs to team performance and operations, you are responsible for results. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, implement ideas and continually improve performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning store sales performance and delivering against weekly and monthly targets
- Driving KPIs including revenue, ATV, UPT and conversion
- Leading from the shop floor through strong selling, styling and customer interaction
- Coaching your team to improve individual performance and overall store results
- Managing performance directly, including setting expectations and addressing underperformance
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing a high‑performing team
- Managing rotas and labour costs in line with store targets
- Overseeing stock processes including deliveries, transfers and stockroom organisation
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards and continuously improving the space

- Experienced in owning performance, not just supporting it
- Confident managing people, including having direct performance conversations
- Proactive, hands‑on and comfortable working with autonomy
- Interested in developing others and building a strong team culture
- Passionate about fashion, styling and in‑store experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a retail management or senior supervisory role
- Proven track record of working xwzovoh with and improving KPIs
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence making decisions
- Organised, reliable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
