Peripatetic Nurse Manager Location: Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland Salary: £50,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Were looking for a skilled and compassionate Peripatetic Nurse Manager to lead and support our network of care homes across Northern Ireland. This is an exciting, varied role offering professional growth, clinical leadership, and the chance to make a real difference every day. What youll do: Provide clinical nursing leadership across multiple homes, covering Nurse Manager leave, absence, or vacancies. Lead training and development for staff, ensuring high standards of care. Manage operational, clinical, and regulatory aspects of nursing homes in collaboration with leadership teams. Registered Nurse (NMC sub part 1) with 4+ years post-qualification, including at least 1 year as a Nursing Home Manager. Strong knowledge of governance, HR, regulatory frameworks, and staff development. Full UK driving license (or alternative reliable transport). Competitive salary paid weekly.
