Product Support Engineer (Permanent)

Job Title: Product Support Engineer Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, who are seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their established technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Support Engineer to work in a highly specialised environment, supporting customers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise across complex engineering systems. The successful Product Support Engineer will play a key role in delivering technical support, interpreting engineering data, and ensuring high standards of service across parts, systems, and product queries. Career development and exposure to advanced engineering systems. The Role: Provide technical support via phone and email to customers and field engineers. Interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and bills of materials. Complete parts assembly breakdowns and ensure accurate part numbering. Support service and parts enquiries linked to new tenders and contracts. Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions. The Person: Essential: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or 5+ years’ relevant experience. Strong understanding of parts assemblies, BOMs, and system classifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with CAD tools and vehicle systems.
