Product Analyst

What you’ll do

• Lead analysis and delivery of complex digital product initiatives across customer journeys and platforms
• Own and manage product backlogs, aligning priorities with product roadmaps and business goals
• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, UX and data teams to define solutions and deliver user‑centred experiences
• Analyse business needs, risks, dependencies and technical constraints to support product delivery
• Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements
• Use data, KPIs and insight to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Manage cross-team dependencies and communicate progress to key stakeholders

Experience required

• Strong experience delivering digital products or complex change initiatives in Agile environments
• Proven experience writing user stories and clear acceptance criteria
• Experience managing product backlogs and supporting roadmap delivery
• Experience working with CMS platforms to xwzovoh support digital content and customer journeys
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to analyse business requirements, data and technical dependencies
• Experience working closely with product, engineering and design teams
