Cover Supervisor – Full-Time
Location: DaventryStart Date:After EasterHours: 8:30am – 3:30pmPay: £120 – £160 per dayContract: Ongoing, Full-Time
REED Education are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Daventry to support their recruitment of a full-time Cover Supervisor, starting after the Easter break.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is confident managing a classroom environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise pupils in the absence of their usual classroom teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged and on task.
What the role involves:
- Delivering pre-planned work to classes across a variety of subjects
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils with their learning where required
- Ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
- Is confident, resilient and adaptable
- Can build positive rapport with students
- Is reliable and committed to supporting the school long-term
