Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Sutton Coldfield. The Sales Executive will manage relationships with contractors, businesses, and project managers, ensuring customer needs are met with Cotterills’ products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing expert advice on drainage and sewerage products, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Sales experience with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong knowledge of drainage and sewerage products, or the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
- Experience in the construction/drainage or related industries is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
