We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take full ownership of NOVA’s customer acquisition performance. This is a high-accountability role. You will manage budget directly, optimise performance rigorously, and materially improve acquisition efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Own acquisition performance end-to-end
- Allocate and optimise marketing budget
- Improve CAC and conversion rates
- Run structured performance experiments
- Identify and fix funnel inefficiencies
- Build clear performance reporting
Must‑Haves
- Direct experience managing acquisition budgets incl. Meta and Google
- Proven improvements xwzovoh in CPA and CTR
- Strong quantitative ability
- High pace of execution
- Commercial judgement
Nice to Haves
- Experience in high-growth tech environments
- Experience in renewables, energy or home improvements
- STEM or technical background
