An established and growing distributor of beauty and medical aesthetics products is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join its UK-based team. The business represents a portfolio of high-quality, scientifically credible products and is known for delivering excellent service and strong customer relationships. The company supplies a broad range of professional products across the aesthetics and healthcare sectors, alongside certified training programmes for medical and aesthetic professionals. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through regular contact and support.
  • Present products and services professionally, including demonstrations and training options.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
  • Travel nationally as required, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Attend and support training and educational days.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management (experience within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or a related industry is essential – e.g., dermal fillers, microneedling, cosmeceuticals).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and organised approach.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • A positive team player keen to contribute to a growing business.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Scientific, medical or related qualification.

Candidates will be expected to come to the Cambridge-based office once a week and work a field-based sales role with travel across the UK.
