Sales Executive

Salary

£25,000 BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Realistic 1st Year OTE £30,000 – £40,000 p.a.; top earners £60,000+ p.a.

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM – Noon.

Location

Norwich City Centre, NR3 3AE, on-site.

Job Summary

This is a full time, on-site role in central Norwich (NR3 3AE) on a permanent basis. We are seeking a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to contribute to our success as a fast growing, independent media business. While reasonable IT skills and sales experience are beneficial, we value attitude and positive nature above all – outgoing and energised attitudes produce top performers!

Qualifications & Requirements

  • IT literate – Microsoft Office & CRM software specifically.
  • Strong telephone-based rapport building and influencing skills.
  • Some sales experience – preferably in B2B, proactive and target driven.
  • Highly motivated to maximise full potential and earn more commission.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our media offerings to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. xwzovoh
