Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – Refurb & Extension

I am sourcing an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to lead the refurbishment & extension to an education facility in South Manchester. You'll be working with a well-established regional contractor on a fast track scheme constructing a steel frame extension whilst managing the refurbishment to existing blocks on site. 

Senior Site Manager/PM – Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• You will need to hold relevant experience leading new build & refurbishment projects to circa £5m. This is a No1 role, so you'll need to be able to demonstrate similar experience
• You'll be joining a well established regional contractor with a strong supply chain and an experienced senior management team to support.
• A valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card will be needed for this role
• This role will last until September with a possibility of further follow on works
• Rates between £280.00 – £300.00 a day will be on offer for the right individual
