About this role:

The Labs team continues to grow as we carry out more campaigns than ever and push the boundaries of what’s possible in OOH. We work with the biggest brands in the world and across all sorts of campaigns, anything from a livestream at London Fashion Week to immersive AR activations, to experiential and fan zones for sporting events such as Wimbledon and the Olympic Games.

This position would suit a commercially-minded, creative thinker. The role is fun, constantly varied and at times will challenge you. You will be joining a talented team in a highly reputable, successful media organisation that continues to grow each year.

What you will be doing:

The Senior Creative Client Manager is the liaison point between brands, agencies and internal Projects team prior to the point of booking.

It is a client-facing creative sales role, consulting on best practice for innovative campaigns and converting creative briefs to live campaigns, delivered by Ocean Labs.

You will work in an energetic and fast-moving environment, responding to creative briefs that draw on all Ocean Labs products, including experiential, interactive technology, murals, physical special builds, DeepScreen TM and Studio.

This role will oversee the idea generation of some of the most innovative campaigns in the market that can go on to win international awards.

  • Day-to-day account management of selected innovation teams, media agencies and OOH specialists, occasionally including hosting at client events/entertainment.
  • Be an expert voice for innovative and creative advertising campaigns, working closely with the Ocean media sales team to respond to briefs and assist with pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to compile accurate campaign cost estimates.
  • Deliver presentations and technical product demonstrations to brands and the wider media industry about the unique opportunities and technologies that Ocean Labs can offer.
  • Brief detailed mock-ups to designers to illustrate ideas.
  • Build relationships within the creative media industry to generate new business.
  • Proactively uncover new briefs and revenue through existing relationships.
  • Work closely with Project Managers within Ocean Labs, and other internal teams across the business, for seamless campaign delivery that meets clients’ high expectations.
  • Attend relevant industry events to gain valuable insight and knowledge as well as networking.
  • Ensure good working relationships with all colleagues, industry partners and suppliers.

Experience and skills you will bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years Account Management, ideally in a creative or media background.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards in everything you do.
  • Confident presenter with great communication skills. You may need to sell in complex, unusual and innovative ideas clearly & concisely.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills. You will need to be able to manage multiple briefs concurrently and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Commercially minded and able to negotiate effectively when required.
  • Good with technology, interested and aware of current and emerging tech.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who is social, collaborative and works well in a team.
  • Professional, self-motivated, keen to learn and demonstrates own initiative to grow knowledge and share with others.
