Job DescriptionHome Instead are seeking compassionate, friendly individuals to assist us in helping people maintain their independence and thrive in the comfort of their own homes in Stockport and Tameside.This vacancy is a full-time, salaried role. You’ll work an average of 35 hours per week, with availability required between 8:15am – 10:15pm Monday to Friday, plus alternate weekends. The annual salary is £25,000, with additional pay if your average hours go above 35 per week. Mileage is paid in addition at 35p per mile.We know that top-quality care can’t be rushed, which is why we don’t offer short visits – every visit is at least one hour. Some are much longer, such as 4-hour companionship visits. We ensure you have enough travel time to get to each client, so you can focus on giving them the time and attention they deserve.We carefully match Care Professionals with clients based on similar skills, personality, and interests, so you can really connect with the people you’re supporting.
