Property Finance Assistant – must have property knowledgeLocation: Head Office (Hybrid)Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pmBenefits:25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysColleague discount and benefits schemeHybrid working availableThe RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in property finance to play a key role in supporting the financial management of a large national store portfolio.The position will focus on rent, service charges, and wider property-related costs, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders in a high-volume retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain financial records across a large portfolio of retail storesMonitor and reconcile rent payments, service charges, and arrearsSupport the review and administration of rent reviews, lease agreements, and property costsLiaise with landlords, managing agents, and internal departmentsInvestigate and resolve financial discrepancies and queries relating to store propertiesProduce detailed Excel reports and financial analysisMaintain accurate schedules of property-related expenditureSupport budgeting and forecasting for the retail estateAssist with month-end finance processesAbout YouWe are keen to speak with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including accountancy and finance, who have experience working with property, leases, or multi-site operations.You must have:Experience in finance, property finance, or retail financeExposure to multi-site environments or store-level financialsUnderstanding of rent, leases, or landlord accounts Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data handling) Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
