Floor Manager

A fast-growing quick service restaurant who are known for their vast range and options from across the globe are looking for a floor manager. This business is known for being a warm and welcoming hub for customers and are continuously expanding. As the floor manager you will need to be familiar with working in service led environments whilst displaying the ability to deal with day-to-day operations effectively. You will be responsible for managing the site alongside the GM and other floor managers, ensuring that customers have a memorable dining experience to encourage repeat business. The chosen candidate will ideally be a strong motivator and familiar with working to KPI targets around sales and operations.
