The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead Passive Fire Protection and FRA works.

The Role

• – Manage Passive Fire / Fire Stopping / FRA contracts
• – Take ownership of contract performance and margin
• – Manage direct labour and subcontractors
• – Monitor productivity and performance
• – Carry out site visits and compliance checks
• – Build strong client relationships
• – Drive H&S, compliance and quality standards

What Were Looking For

• – Contracts Manager experience in Passive Fire / FRA
• – Strong knowledge of fire stopping and compliance
• – Experience managing labour-based delivery
• – Commercially and financially aware
• – Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused
• – Strong leadership and communication skills
