The Role:
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who lives and breathes brand storytelling. You’ll be the guardian of our voice, the architect of our campaigns, and the spark that connects our community to the heart of our brand. If you love crafting compelling campaigns that turn heads and build loyal followings, this is your runway.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead innovative brand marketing strategies across digital, social, and retail channels
- Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with creative, PR, e-commerce, and product teams to execute 360° campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to fuel smarter, bolder marketing
- Spot culture-shifting trends and lead community-first storytelling
- Manage external agencies, influencers, and partnerships
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years in brand marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
- A strong voice and a sharper eye – you know how to make a message land and look good doing it
- Experience xwzovoh working cross-functionally with creative and content teams
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of brand performance metrics
- A passion for culture, fashion, and community-driven marketing
- You’re self-starter with big ideas and the grit to bring them to life
