£600 per day – Outside IR35

Great opportunity for a hands‑on construction/workplace project manager to join an established construction project team on a EMEA wide workplace programme for an investment banking client.
This role is EMEA focused on delivering numerous construction projects overseeing capital improvement, asset preservation and delivery of said projects from start to finish. You will need plenty of prior experience in construction, architecture and MEPH services and be confident operating to tight deadlines for commercial fit out.
You will be responsible for managing the programming and scheduling of work activities throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, cost management, contract administration and health and safety.
Overall, you will need to be able to hit the ground running with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. xwzovoh Prior experience in financial services or investment banking is essential – specifically how governance and policy in this industry can dictate construction programmes.
