About the role
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of landlord relationships, ensure legal and contractual obligations are met, and support the wider team in delivering a premium service.
Resonsibilities
- Managing a property portfolio of 150+with a strong landlord and tenant relationship focus.
- Liaising with contractors, clients, and tenants.
- Handling maintenance requests, safety inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Overseeing deposit returns, insurance claims, and refurbishment projects.
- Ensuring licensing, utility billing, and council tax obligations are met.
- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the wider team.
- Producing client reports and maintaining accurate records via Reapit
- Escalating complex issues to your line manager when needed.
About You
- A strong background in residential property management is amust
- Property CRM experience – we use Reapit
- Excellent communication skills – you are confident, clear, and professional, and an expert relationship builder
- Experience managing third-party contractors and resolving issues efficiently.
- ARLA qualification is very desirable.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- The ability to stay organised and resilient under pressure.
- A passion for the London Property Market
