Duties

• Providing efficient and timely management and administrative support to the General Manager regarding Project Agreements, Project Finance documents and associated contract documents
• Maintain an understanding of the Project Agreement, Schedules to the Agreement and associated Service Provider sub-contracts
• Asset management and compliance on the day to day activities of third party providers ie facilities management
• Ensure that all Service Providers provide evidence of contractual compliance
• Identifying and addressing operational performance issues
• Working within a PFI environment
• Understanding of HTM’s would be preferred so experience/ knowledge Mechanical or electrical broad based or building knowledges nice within a healthcare environment either NHS or hospital industry
• Experience of working within complex and interrelated contractual arrangements. xwzovoh
• Managing hard and soft FM service providers’ performance
• Insurance claim management
• Knowledge of quality, environmental and health and safety standards and industry specifications across a multi-environment basis to include health facilitie where appropriate.
