Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the City of Edinburgh for an Interior Design & Sales Consultant. The role involves consulting clients to understand their interior design needs, offering tailored furniture and design solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The consultant will oversee client projects from concept to completion, contribute to the curation of the showroom, and collaborate with architects, designers, and manufacturers to deliver quality interiors. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships are key day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to guide clients in selecting suitable interior design solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain productive customer relationships.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive client experience through tailored solutions and professional support.
- A keen understanding of interior design trends, materials, and technologies is preferred.
