Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application Have interpersonal and professional qualities Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) Full UK driving licence.
Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database.
