Whether facing a psychiatric emergency, a deterioration in mental health, or an acute episode of a severe disorder, inpatient care offers immediate support to prevent harm, initiate recovery, and facilitate a structured return to the community.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join the team!
What You’ll be Doing
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
- Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
