Our client is a growing engineering business seeking a proactive Internal Sales Executive to help drive early‑stage sales activity within the food and drink sector. This role supports structured outbound business development and the generation of qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities
- The identification and qualification of new sales leads within the food and drink sector.
- Conducting outbound activity via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Researching prospective customers and gathering initial commercial information.
- Arranging introductory meetings with prospective customers.
- Maintaining accurate CRM and activity records.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, internal sales or lead generation.
- Confidence with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Resilience, organisation and attention to detail.
- A positive, team‑oriented approach.
