If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting operations, procurement and manufacturing performance.

This role is based in between our Corporate Office & Manufacturing Plant, both in Folkestone, Kent and allows for home working up to 3 days per week.

Reporting to the UK Finance Director, with a dotted line into the European Supply Chain Director and Operations Director, this role holds full responsibility for all supply‑chain‑related finance activities. You’ll act as a key finance partner to production, engineering and procurement teams, while also leading and developing two supply chain accountants.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong financial analysis, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly, monthly and annual supply chain reports using SAP and Excel.
  • Deliver variance analysis and communicate financial performance to plant teams.
  • Provide financial analysis and tracking for plant investment and capital projects.
  • Create ad‑hoc reports for Finance and Supply Chain leadership as required.
  • Partner closely with Production, Engineering and Procurement managers.
  • Supervise and develop two supply chain accountants.
  • Support financial analysis across procurement, warehousing, distribution and external manufacturing.
  • Attend the main factory site weekly to support operational finance needs.

Education & Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with minimum 3 years PQE.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Access beneficial.
  • SAP knowledge desirable, particularly MM, COPA and Production modules.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation beneficial.

You’ll be a confident and adaptable finance professional, comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll regularly explain financial insights to both senior leaders and shop‑floor teams. You’ll bring a structured, disciplined approach to your work, with the confidence to operate independently while building strong cross‑functional relationships.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37‑hours per week.
