Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Packing Operative to join our Westfield (on the outskirts of Bathgate) based client.
What’s on offer:
- A full-time temporary to permanent opportunity
- Working rotational shifts across day and nigt shift:
- Days: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 6pm (with an early Thursday finish)
- Nights: Monday to Wednesday, 6pm to 6am
- Paid at 14 per hour (with all breaks paid), and an overtime rate of 1.5X
Working as a Packing Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating production/packaging equipment
- Ensure the completion of production in accordance with schedule requirements
- Assist Managers and Line Leaders in other relevant duties.
- Carry out any other tasks that are deemed suitable
The successful Operative will have previous experience working in a production / manufacturing environment. With experience carrying out quality checking; and operating light production machinery. xwzovoh Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:
- Good level of communication; with a basic level of computer literacy
- Good organisational and team working skills
