We’re launching Stori Brymbo in June 2026—and we’re looking for a Head of Operations / General Manager to take the lead. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role and shape how a brand-new community hub and heritage visitor attraction operates from the ground up. From building systems and processes to delivering events and driving performance, you’ll be at the centre of it all.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the site
- Deliver the Events Plan and Activity Plan
- Drive KPIs across visitor numbers, revenue, and efficiency
- Improve processes, consistency, and commercial performance
- Build, lead, and support a high‑performing team
- Play a key role in the successful launch and long‑term growth
Key Information
Salary: £39,994.50
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: xwzovoh Brymbo, Wrexham, North Wales
