Our client is global outsourcing company in the facilities management sector, this role will sit in the UK business. This role will lead the marketing strategy, all internal & external communications, crisis comms and brand management across a large, multi-faceted business. The Marketing and Communications Director will work closely with the CEO to provide support and guidance for strategic decision making and the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
- Lead the marketing, and communications strategy as a primary driver of other organisation strategies.
- Lead on providing strategic oversight and communication/change management plans for all the organisations internal and external stakeholders ensuring communications are executed and delivered.
- Deliver all high-profile communications when required for key stakeholders and business critical parts of the business.
- Oversee the tender process and delivery of a new website that supports the needs of the entire organisation.
- Plan, develop and ensure excellent delivery of the organisation’s marketing strategy and campaigns, and develop plans to achieve strong brand awareness and growth in income.
- Ensure the development of a media plan and key communications/materials both externally.
- Take the lead in developing and managing the brand.
- Ensure the organisation’s brand guidelines are relevant, up to date, shared and communicated and upheld across all internal and external communications created and produced to ensure the brand is strong.
- Work with relevant group members to ensure the necessary stakeholder support for the organisation’s marketing, communications and customer engagement strategy and plan to help us continue to grow, develop and improve.

- Will need to have knowledge of the outsourcing industry, ideally working at a facilities management. commercial real estate, catering company, retail or comparable industry.
- Ideally you will have worked for a large national or global business. xwzovoh
- Have an integrated marketing background.
- Possess a University degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (strongly preferred)
