A successful and busy contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity to join their team and work within the property, refurbishment, and maintenance sector on long-term frameworks.
This role involves working closely with clients on minor works projects, covering a wide variety of schemes including refurbishments, building maintenance, ranging from £10k up to £100k. You will manage both reactive and planned maintenance, working with day schedules or schedules of rates, and overseeing multiple projects at any one time.
Responsibilities include:
- Pricing works from £10k–£100k
- Cost management and reporting from inception to final account
- Producing CVRs
- Working under JCT, Schedule of Rates, and other contract forms
- Managing and supporting the commercial function across several live projects
You will join a friendly and supportive commercial team based in a busy office environment, you’ll work closely with an experienced operations team who have strong, long-term client relationships.
