Sales and Business Development Associate

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Design & Sales to join our team us as a Sales & Business Development Associate.

In this role, you will manage client accounts and whilst representing our brand across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. This role demands high-level sales strategy with a genuine passion for interior innovation, product provenance and exemplary design.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving Growth: Generating new leads, pursuing new business opportunities and mapping out market trends to keep us ahead of the competition.

  • Partnering with Clients: Cultivating long-term, high-value relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure our clients receive world-class support.

  • Translating Vision: Working closely with our design team to bring new collections to life for our global clients.

  • Strategic Execution: Managing the sales pipeline with precision—from the first lead to the final production and fulfilment.

  • Project Coordination : Panning and executing sales and marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives. Monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment within ICL.

  • Reporting and Analysing : Preparation of regular sales and performance reports. Sales process analysis. 

  • Collaborating : Working closely with our team, stakeholders and collaborators to align sales, business development and marketing strategies.

Who you are:

  • A proactive self-starter who loves people and great design.

  • A master communicator ~ articulate in person, via phone, and via email.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, analytical and ready to juggle international projects across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

Qualifications and Attributes : 

  • Previous experience in sales management, marketing, and business development. 
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
