Health & Social Care Tutor | Associate Contract | Remote | Up to 15,000 per Cohort
Pathway Group is looking for experienced Health & Social Care professionals who want to make a genuine difference through education -without giving up their flexibility.
This is an associate tutoring role delivering fully funded Health & Social Care qualifications to learners across the country. You set your schedule, work from home, and get paid a transparent, competitive rate for every learner you take through to completion.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering fully funded H&S Care qualifications remotely
- Managing your own caseload and schedule
- Supporting learners from enrolment through to completion
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date portfolio evidence

- 375 per learner -full caseload of 40 learners equals up to 15,000 per cohort

What you’ll need
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- A recognised teaching qualification (AET, CET, PTLLS, CertEd or equivalent)
- An assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent)
- IQA qualification is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide adult learners
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
