Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, who is looking to join a forward-thinking and extremely busy construction firm?

A motivated Quantity Surveyor who brings a desire to become Senior, is now needed by a Farringdon based firm.    4 days in office or around London is required.    The Quantity Surveyor’s Role    With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across a mixed portfolio of mixed use schemes and commercial, hotel and residential projects across London, starting with a High End Mixed Use project worth £12m.    The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• A huge interest in learning
• Able to be in meetings and take notes and support a Senior QS
• Positive attitude
• Wants to learn
• Confident with some industry related softwares

In Return?

• £40,000 – £45,000
• APC structure
• Will be MRICS within 24 months
• 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
• 6% Pension contribution
