Job Title:Multi Trader – Perm

Location:Central London

Pay:Up to 40,000 p/a + overtime available

Role:Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Hours:8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Multi Trader to work with their client in and around Central London. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing
• Carpenter
• Patch Plastering
• Tiling repairs
• Painting and decorating

Requirements:

• Level 2 NVQ in relevant trade
• Highly experienced in Plumbing and Carpentry
• Social housing experience
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
