The role & about the client: ITS Building People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential developments. With a focus on traditional build housing schemes, the company is known for its commitment to quality, programme delivery, and strong site leadership. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a Tier 1 residential background to take full responsibility as the number one on site for a 200-unit traditional build development in Farnborough. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business on a flagship scheme. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the day-to-day running of the site as the lead Site ManagerOverseeing a 200-unit traditional build residential scheme from construction through to completionEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standardManaging and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliersMaintaining strict health & safety standards across siteMonitoring progress and reporting to the Contracts ManagerEnsuring quality control and adherence to build specificationsDriving programme and resolving any on-site issues efficiently The ideal candidate will have/be: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developmentsPrevious experience working with Tier 1 contractorsStrong background in traditional build housing projectsExperience running sites as the number one Site ManagerExcellent leadership and organisational skillsValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationsA proactive and professional approach to site management How to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence Equal Opportunities: The ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
