Interim HR Advisor
Sector: Sustainable Facilities Management
We are recruiting an experienced Interim HR Advisor to support a large, multi-site contract within a sustainable FM organisation.
Working closely with an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide hands-on HR advisory support to managers across the Midlands, Wales and support functions, covering around 350 employees.
Key focus:
- First-line HR advice on ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
- Coaching managers to build people management capability
- Supporting TUPE activity, change and mobilisations
- Attendance management, reporting and compliance
- Supporting engagement initiatives and policy implementation
About you:
- Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- TUPE and contract mobilisation exposure
- Confident working in operational, multi-site environments
- Full UK driving licence required
- CIPD Level 5 desirable
