Assistant Manager – Premium Living Residence

Birmingham City Centre | Up to £34,000-£38,000 + 10% Bonus

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the overall running of the building, working closely with the General/Building Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

This is a hands-on, visible role – perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operation of a premium residential buildingDeliver a five-star resident experience at every touchpointLead from the front, supporting and motivating the on-site teamOversee front-of-house, resident services and daily operationsAssist with move-ins, resident engagement and community eventsHandle resident queries, feedback and issue resolutionSupport health & safety, compliance and building standardsAssist with reporting, admin and operational processesAbout You
