electrical engineer

Our client is looking for newly qualified with some electrical experience in either domestic or commercial properties – maintenance experience is also necessary. They are looking for someone to join there growing team of fully qualified engineers to maintain both the modern and older parts of the commercial building, located at Liverpool Street. This would be all maintenance duties on electrical systems which include – single & three phase power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, AHU’s and heating systems.

• Reactive breakdowns
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Basic electrical duties across the site
• Day to day monitoring of BMS systems
• Willingness to assist other skilled tradesmen on-site

Working hours will consist on a Monday to Friday basis – 8am to 5pm – there may be an option of OT.
