Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Running reports and managing the CAFM system closely to manage the KPI’s and workflow
  • Improving currenly service levels by keeping a tight eye on KPI’s and therefore being more consistent with service delivery
  • Meeting with client on site for weekly commercial meeting
  • Direct line management of 3 staff and a range of subcontractors
  • Motivate and lead the FM team in the day to day service delivery.
  • Assist with monitoring and rectifying staff performance issues.
  • Ensure contract compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and development of staff.
  • Technical and Contractual reporting.
  • Monthly audits of cleaning, grounds, catering, waste and helpdesk.
  • Deputise for the Contracts Manager as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Good people management skills
  • Strong KPI management and reporting skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proactive management style, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good financial acumen
  • Experience working with CAFM systems
  • Must be a driver and have access to a vehicle
