M&E Contracts Manager

Overview

Our client, a contractor who oversees the maintenance of public sector buildings, is looking for a Contracts Manager with M&E experience to oversee a contract covering Cornwall.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a contract maintaining and repairing public buildings (commercial buildings).
• Manage a team of 18 engineers and subcontractors across the county, carrying out work.
• Reactive maintenance, hard FM, fabric and M&E.
• Use of FM computer scheduling system.
• Client-focused role, on site and building relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• M&E qualification desirable.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Experience of managing a large-scale public sector maintenance contract.
• Experience working with strict processes and procedures.
• Experience of responsive repairs and being measured on response time.
• Good technical building knowledge.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office programmes.
• Experience of using Concerto would be beneficial.
• Full driving licence.
