Job Description:

Responsibilities

As the Senior Resident Liaison Officer as well as leading the team you will also demonstrate a caring nature to residents during major works, implement and monitor processes and procedures, assist the customer care manager and social value team, ensure relevant communication packs are set up for new contract and be confident following procedures using EMS and Field View.

Qualifications

  • Previous resident liaison experience within the construction /social housing sector preferred
  • Previous experience within a customer service‑based role
  • Reasonable understanding of construction in social housing
  • Experience of investigating and resolving claims/complaints
  • Presentation skills
  • Computer literate in MS office
  • Current and valid UK driving license
