Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a customer-facing Senior Project Manager position with line management responsibility. You will manage a portfolio of technical projects end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and delivery against cost, quality, and time objectives.

You will also build strong customer relationships, manage stakeholders, and oversee third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver multiple complex technical projects using structured project management governance
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, risk registers, and stakeholder plans
• Manage scope, change control, and commercial performance
• Lead internal teams, technical resources, and third-party suppliers
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders and engineering teams
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned
• Ensure alignment with company quality standards and ISO requirements

About You:

• Experienced Project Manager delivering multiple complex technical projects
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
• Technical or engineering background
• APMP/PMQ qualified (PPQ/ChPP desirable)
• Advanced Microsoft Project skills and proven budget management experience
• ERP experience advantageous
