Know about all aspects of facilities management and confident to ensure seamless facilities provision for 5000 employees across a vast campus? Effective communication is at the heart of everything you do? This could be the one for you!
This is an important role for a global corporate investment banking firm who are in the midst of a huge customer experience programme to transform their facilities provision internally across millions of sq ft of corporate workplace. You will need a passion for delivering effective customer experience and be on hand to for all levels of this experience programme. The role will be expansive and covers guest services, events, catering, staff dining, cleaning and hard services as well as having line management responsibility for a team of five – the overall customer experience team is 75 strong.
You will need 10+ years of experience in all aspects of facilities in a strategic leadership position but also to be happy with getting your hands dirty on the ground. This is an inspiring role based onsite in London across a 1million sq ft portfolio.
