Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of change and release management as well as support the delivery of IT solutions, services and processes.
- Manage the delivery and maintenance of systems and processes in operations, as well as oversee service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
- Manage and execute projects to scope, schedule and budget.
- Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades.
- Maintains information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees.
- Assist with incident management, effectively manage escalations, and identify and deliver service improvement opportunities or programmes.
- Develops private intranet and public internet sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years project management experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle; consulting experience desirable
- Project Management qualification or training preferred
- Motivated, team player
- Comfortable leading and managing a team
- Experience within a leisure, hospitality, or gaming setting would be desirable
- Advanced background with complex systems integration and implementation
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
