It Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of change and release management as well as support the delivery of IT solutions, services and processes.
• Manage the delivery and maintenance of systems and processes in operations, as well as oversee service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
• Manage and execute projects to scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades.
• Maintains information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees.
• Assist with incident management, effectively manage escalations, and identify and deliver service improvement opportunities or programmes.
• Develops private intranet and public internet sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3 years project management experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle; consulting experience desirable
• Project Management qualification or training preferred
• Motivated, team player
• Comfortable leading and managing a team
• Experience within a leisure, hospitality, or gaming setting would be desirable
• Advanced background with complex systems integration and implementation
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts
