Maintenance Technician (Multi Skilled)
Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical systems
- Carryout reactive tasks which will include lighting, small power, fabric repairs
- Ensure reactive repairs completed with minimum downtime or impact on M&E systems
- Proactive customer engagement
- Main point of contact for all M&E services under contract
- Contractor management – Booking in sub-contractor services; reviewing RAMS and service reports and managing reactive works etc
- Ensuring all PPM’s – Statutory and non-statutory completed in a timely manner in-line with SLA’s and KPI’s
- Ensuring all reactive / small project works are undertaken in a timely manner in-line with SLA’s and KPI’s
- Management of logbooks – Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date, uploading of documents on to E-logbooks when required.
- Ensure all QHSE requirements are complied with
- To ensure stock levels of critical spares are always kept stocked
- To procure materials as required for PPM and reactive works
- To ensure high standard of housekeeping within plantrooms
- To carryout initial investigation/ fault finding of LEV units; lab equipment etc. (Training will be provided)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual preferably from either an electrical or mechanical building services background to support and manage as part of a small site-based FM team the M&E service delivery and compliance. Candidates must have hands on experience in dealing with electrical, mechanical and fabric planned preventative maintenance and fault finding., Trade qualified electrical / mechanical / HVAC engineer (Essential)
