Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Electrical maintenance on various equipment/PAT testing
- Ownership of plant rooms, daily walk rounds
- Support and facilitate sub-contractors
- Maintain water systems and records in accordance with Legionella legislation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, ideally qualified to NVQ/City & Guilds level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent. They will be expected to integrate into a team of engineers and have a flexible attitude towards work, as well as supporting the wider business. NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical engineering.
17th/18th edition required.
Experienced with AHUs/FCUs, Electrical Maintenance and small works.
Previous experience working in an FM environment.
