Overview
The electrical lead engineer will oversee the maintenance on the facility and M&E plant duties include:
Responsibilities
- Electrical Distribution
- Lighting
- BMS
- Fire systems
- HVAC
- AHU systems
- Fabric and mechanical maintenance
- General building services
You will be overseeing a team of engineers including mechanical and fabric technicians.
Qualifications
You will need to be a qualified electrician trained to level 3 in electrical installation and requirements. You will have a wealth of knowledge of maintenance within the commercial environment, great communication skills to deal with not just your engineers but also sub-contractors who are specialist in their field. You should have great leadership skills and the ability to guide your team to achieve the highest level of service.

- C&G 2391 Testing and Inspection
- NVQ Electrical C&G 2360 aka 236 Electrical Installation Level 1, 2, 3
