What You Will Do

• Johnson Controls is hiring a Fire Alarm Service Engineer for a static role at a key industrial site in the North East.
• We’re looking for an experienced engineer in fire detection systems who is keen to develop skills in gas suppression.
• you’ll join a dedicated on-site team delivering maintenance and servicing of fire alarm and suppression systems, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
• Daily interaction with the client is part of the role to maintain smooth site operations.

How You Will Do It

• Service and maintain fire alarm systems
• Complete accurate on-site documentation
• Attend training and toolbox talks
• Liaise with site contacts for permits to work
• Support occasional passive fire tasks
• Provide out-of-hours call-out cover (rota)
• Identify and report safety or compliance risks
• Follow site-specific safety and quality rules
• Represent Johnson Controls professionally

What We Look For

• Full UK driving licence
