Refrigeration Engineer Mobile Role

We’re recruiting an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing mobile engineering team, supporting a portfolio of multi-site retail and supermarket clients.

You’ll be responsible for keeping supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your region, delivering high‑quality diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs, while providing excellent customer service.
The Role at a Glance
- Mobile refrigeration engineer covering your regional patch
- 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- On‑call rota: 1 week in every 4
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven refrigeration engineering experience
- F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- A professional, safety‑focused approach to work
Desirable (but not essential)
- CO2 qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
