Building Physics Engineer

Our client is a well-established Building Services Consultancy working on cutting-edge building projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to collaborate with M&E Engineers, drive sustainable design, and make a real impact in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Energy modelling and building simulation
- Part L compliance, EPCs, TM59/52 Overheating Analysis, and SAP assessments
- Early-stage passive design analysis Liaising with design teams, contractors, and statutory authorities
- Report writing and business development
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in IES VE software (Model IT, ApacheSim, VistaPro, MacroFlo, VE Compliance)
- Strong experience in building physics, energy modelling & simulation
- Knowledge of building regulations, energy codes, and planning requirements
- Ability to manage projects and engage with stakeholders
- Passion for reducing carbon emissions in the built environment
