What You’ll Be Doing
- Sell vacation ownership products through a structured, compliant, and ethical sales presentation.
- Deliver engaging member updates, both face‑to‑face and via Microsoft Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, owners, and guests to create trust, rapport, and confidence in our products.
- Meet and exceed sales efficiency targets (including volume per guest).
- Complete all required Company training and compliance programmes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience
- No formal qualifications required
- Experience in a sales‑driven environment is preferred
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Reasonable numeracy skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Key Skills & Abilities
- Ability to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using online conferencing platforms and delivering presentations
- Ability to perform well in a busy, high‑energy environment with frequent interruptions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally
Working Hours
You will work 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
